 Heart opening acoustic soul music meets tribal percussion. Kindred Hearts features Damiyr, John Dumas & Niko Light. Their one hour set TRIBE takes you on a journey using a multitude of instruments including bass drum, toms, Cajon, djembe, electric & acoustic guitar, hand pan, vast pan, didgeridoo, flute, drum machine & keyboard. 

Damiyr

Creator and visionary of TRIBE is a Sedona based singer/songwriter, Damiyr, has been honing his performance skills in the NYC subway system for several years. Mixing his soulful passion and acoustic ability, he brings a unique style to the platform and to the world. He has been seen/heard on America’s Got Talent, Celebrity Undercover Boss, Uproxx: Uncharted, Hot 97 featured by Wu Tang (People Say), The Big Quiet and on YouTube with 11+ million views. 

Intertwined in his music is his natural intuitive healing ability to connect people to the heart and create a space to allow the flow of the emotional body. 

John Dumas

John Dumas B.F.A.,M.S. is an internationally renowned, musician, artist, shamanic astrologer and inspirational teacher. His music helps bring peace, relaxation and emotional nostalgia for a time long ago when we lived more in balance with nature.

Performing in many countries throughout, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, and America, has given John the opportunity to play inside the Egyptian pyramids, Mayan temples, England's stone circles and many other sacred sites around the world.

Through his music, John's sense of commitment to his life's work to inspire love, compassion and unity worldwide continues to evolve. It is John's belief that through the universal language of music; where words are not needed, that the beauty of oneness begins to emerge all over the world.

Niko Light

Percussion is Niko Light. Training in the ways of percussion for 30 years to embody the heart beat from within that we all resonate with. Niko is from Long Island, NY. Where he cultivated his percussion, studio drumming, spoken word poetry, art installations, short stories, ambient sound scapes, reiki, guided astral projections and Lucid dreaming, spirit communication and clearings, until April of 2021 when he began his journey across the country. 

March of 2022 he came upon Sedona where he found the connection to percussion and sound/ star activation. This is where he would also meet John Dumas and Damiyr to build a bond of brothership and create the band Kindred Hearts. Where all 3 come together to build and hold a container to lift and guide hearts thru an ambient lucid experience.
